King Fahd Qur’an complex is a place of establishment where copies of Qur’an are printed and distributed all over the world.
King Fahd laid the foundation of the complex on 16 Muharram 1403 A.H, but it wasn’t until Safar 1405, that it was up and running.
The custodian of the two holy mosques chose Madinah as the place to open the complex, because Madinah was the place where the Qur’an was completed and recorded.
The Qur’an is translated to different languages, to benefit the Muslims all over the globe. Recordings of Qur’anic reciters also take place here, as well as the printing and distribution of Sunnah and seerah books.
There are approximately 1800 employees working at the complex.
