Doctor for medical advice

Our Deluxe package has a dedicated doctor travelling with the group for any medical advice. Hajj can be physically demanding and, due to the sheer numbers of pilgrims, it is easy to get sick during the tour. Our friendly and helpful doctor will be there to answer any medical questions.

Fast-track coaches on government-only roads

There are two types of roads available to transport pilgrims between the sacred lands (Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah) during the days of Hajj: government-only roads and roads that are open to the public. Many operators advertise ‘private coaches’ but this poses a major problem: private coaches may legally only travel on the roads that are open to the general public. As such, short journeys often take six or seven hours on these roads since these same roads are shared with everyone: coaches, private cars, service providers for the pilgrims, local pilgrims, etc. The same journeys on government-authorised coaches can take only 20 or 30 minutes since these coaches are allowed to travel on the government-only roads. What’s the catch? Our walk to the jamarat (four days) can take around 40 minutes since we will be in the European designated tents. We have found in our experience that this trade-off is well worth it – especially since we are in the extra services section in the European section of Mina.

All our packages come included with full-board meals during the days of Hajj in Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafah. Check your specific package to find out which meals are included during your stay in the hotels in Makkah and Madinah.

All our guests will be invited to attend a pre-Hajj seminar in the UK. This is to ensure that you’re prepared for this great experience so you’re not in for any major surprises when you arrive. Hajj can be physically demanding and does need preparation. We want to make sure that you have all the guidance you need before you embark on this life-changing journey.

We can arrange your Hajj sacrifice which is obligatory upon all pilgrims performing tamattu’ and qiran for a small fee so you don’t have to worry about it.
